Our wedding ceremonies are held at the Grand Ballroom, a popular wedding venue for thousands of Fresno weddings. At the Grand Ballroom wedding venue, wedding ceremonies and receptions come with full service catering and a complete staff to assist you and your guests following the wedding ceremonies.
The Grand Ballroom wedding venue is located in downtown Fresno; it´s perfect for any type of wedding ceremonies (big or small). This amazing Fresno wedding site has beautiful marble floors, a 22 foot high ceiling with lighting provided by 14 beveled glass chandeliers and 23 ceiling spotlights.
Whether you are a nervous bride before the wedding ceremonies or a guest attending this lavish Fresno wedding, you will be impressed by the exterior of this unique wedding venue. Once you step inside, you will see how this architectural gem is perfectly suited for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
As part of your Fresno wedding event, our wedding ceremonies and wedding venue staff will decorate your table linens in your choice of colors with matching linen napkins. The head table or bride’s table can be covered in reversed colors for an eye-catching effect or to match colors from the wedding ceremonies.
At the Grand Ballroom wedding venue, our Fresno wedding table set-ups include Fine bone china, Balmore pattern stainless, stemmed glassware with fluted champagne glass and solid or damask linen. Tables will be set prior to your wedding ceremonies.
Following the wedding ceremonies, Fresno wedding guests will have one hour to socialize at the wedding venue before the dinner and toasting hour. That´s followed by four hours of music and dancing.
The wedding venue will be available for decorations two to three hours before wedding ceremonies and receptions. If wedding ceremonies conflict with set up time, additional times can be arranged.
For your Fresno wedding reception, we provide complete wedding venue set-up and clean-up, seating on rounds of 8 per table, reserved signs or table numbering as needed, entry or registration tables and covered gift tables to following the wedding ceremonies.
At the wedding venue, we will do all the announcing, master of ceremonies for wedding receptions and complete coordinating of the entire reception. During your Fresno wedding reception, we begin by formally announcing the bridal party from the wedding ceremonies into the ballroom, acknowledging the parents and grandparents and describing to guests a schedule of events during the evening. We then coordinate a receiving line with dinner, if requested, prompt the Best Man and Maid of Honor for the formal toast to the bride and groom. Parents and grandparents are then invited to become a part of the toasting ceremonies. Our Fresno wedding staff will handle the cake cutting and serving at no additional charge. During the post-wedding ceremonies, we will also work with the photographer for the bouquet and garter toss. Lastly, the dancing begins with the bride and groom, parents and bridal party. |
